My thoughts on Casual attire at the workplace are as follows:

1. Uniforms are not professional if they are not customizable to some extent.
2. You should be able to dress the way you want while meeting the workplace guidelines.
3. Safety is importance, follow safety guidelines.
4. Look presentable and classy.
5. Your attire should show your interest in your position.
