Acceptable Casual (Business)

Casual Attire can be acceptable in many work places. It depends on the company and image they are
presenting. An office place doesn't always have a set uniform. You could wear what ever it is that you want to wear as long as it gives off a professional look. Jobs for example like self owned convenience stores also do not have any uniform because the owner him/herself don't wear one or provide one for the most part. You show up and wear appropriate clothing for your shift.

At a business office, ies, dress shirts, dress pants, skirts, sports-jackets, and some jewelry is just about right. You have room to  play around with those type of items but never jeans with a t-shirt and runners. It does not give off a professional look.
